PEOPLE power is being celebrated by campaigners at a jubilant Walsall primary school with a new traffic warden being given the green light.The campaign for a new warden was launched in the hope of preventing a repeat accident after a Butts Primary School student was hit last December.The child was fortunately not hurt but after the previous warden retired and a replacement started in March however resigned due to family reasons, campaigners recognised the need to find a replacement quickly....
