WALSALL residents are being reminded to have their bins out half an hour earlier as changes to rubbish collections come into effect this week.
From tomorrow (Friday, November 29), residents are asked to ensure their bins are ready for collection by 7am rather than 7.30am with crews preparing to start their rounds earlier than usual.
